Great campsite for smaller trailers and tents. The rangers were wonderful and so informative. Nice short trails with ample shade. Fantastic spot for kayaking but pay attention to the tides and winds!

A beautiful, truly Florida experience! Our camping site was shaded and close to several very clean comfort stations. The camp store was well stocked, and the gentleman running it was friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. There were several riverfront beaches to explore!

This park is awesome. We only saw four people and a turtle when we went. There were informative signs and a really cool statue. It costs five bucks to get in. Dog friendly.
While leashed.

This is a very nice park. There are resting areas and rest rooms. They have a little store that you can buy snacks and different things. They have boat rentals for the river also and places to camp if you want to.

First time at Tomoka State Park (Site 88). Facilities were clean and they appear to be updating roads and sidewalks. We Roda bikes and canoed the Halifax River. Would visit again.

Great park, great staff, a lot of activities available, from kayaking and fishing to volleyball and running trails. I will be returning, if I can get a camping spot, as it is always to capacity.
Very clean facilities, available basic amenities, great experience.

Not a ton of stuff to do besides fishing, which I heard was great, but we’ve been to this park many times for its convenience to town and beaches, beautiful and private camping spots. It’s probably the cleanest park in Florida too! Bring...Read More
