He made us laugh the whole time and was just as excited about our gameplay as we were. Timeline was a blast, don’t worry, no history knowledge needed, and the puzzles were super clever! We (a group of 3) made it out with about 8 minutes to spare!
Johnathan hyped up the Submarine room so much since your next game is 20% off, and it ended up being our favorite! The puzzles were delightfully tricky (we described it as a 7.5/10) and the set design was seriously impressive. Shoutout to Nick, our guide for Submarine, for giving us super clear and helpful hints that helped us push through the tough parts. We escaped with about 4 minutes left!
But the real highlight was when Johnathan popped back in to say congrats and surprised us with the CUTEST laminated light sticks after we shouted “Go Huntrix!” (K-pop demon hunter!!! 💕) when we finished Timeline. They were made by another amazing team member, Logan, who even remembered us from over 7 months ago when we did Prison Break and Heist!
Huge thanks to Johnathan, Nick, and Logan for making this such a fun and personal experience. It was the perfect way to wrap up our girls weekend, and we already can’t wait to come back!
