I miss T Street beach! It was great to be back to San Clemente and to show my husband his first California beach. It was June Gloom and we had a long drive ahead so we didn't stay long. But hoping to spend more time...Read More

As nice as the rest of the area. Nice waves 🌊 for surfing 🏄‍♀️. Lots of people but not overcrowded. Relaxing and beautiful views of the palm trees and the pier. There is no life guards in this specific area although you will continuously see the...Read More

It's a spot a bit further south from the pier so could be less crowded, and the bridge over the train tracks allows easy access. Nice clean restroom. Parking meters on the street only take quarters so bring some with you.

Fun surf spot but it can be crowded! The main peak is pretty mellow while off to the sides can barrel when the swell is the right direction. This is a great spot to longboard when it's small.

Great beach for hanging out, surfing when waves are high-- swimming when they're not, fishing from the pier, or taking a jog on the designated running trail. There are concrete, contained firepits for cookouts, picnics, get togethers and parties. Parking is across the street, making...Read More

Good beach for surfing and casual beach day. Can walk on the pier (a couple of restaurants there), on the sand, and the road overlooking it has lots more restaurants, shops, etc. It has a playground on the beach, right near the pier, and some...Read More

It was a great place to boogie board. I walked from the train stop along the San Clemente beach trail (super quick).

Nice place. Very large beach. Shallow with nice big waves. Different kind of restaurants around in walking distance. Famous pier. Warmer water. Only one challenge is parking.

A great place to spend a beach day with family!! Nice open sandy area, lifeguards, fun waves. It was a little cloudy and cold in May, shoot for July or August for sunnier weather. It’s also nice and close to various shops, the San Clemente...Read More

Most underrated beach, and I’m ok with keeping it that way 😆 The West Toast just brings it to the next level. We love coming here …

Beautiful beach spot to enjoy a boardwalk and the beach itself in San Clemente! Luckily we spotted a few dolphins too 🐬, video attached. (April 23, 2023) Variety of restaurants and ample parking(both paid and unpaid)!

This house sets literally feet from the ocean front, it needs a little TLC to bring it back to life, but if you have $3.8 M Dollars, plus renovations another 500K this could be your beach house

Fun waves for me and the boys. I have gotten doughnuted by the waves here on countless 5 foot plus swells. Look out for the local bodyboarder named Chuck. He is the chillest guy in the world.
