Beautiful 1754 house. Worth it just walking the grounds. Need to return on one of the Sundays when the house is open.

Very interesting. Check website for days they are open. During the summer, on Sundays, they have bands playing on the big lawn. Very friendly docents. They have the rooms decorated for Christmas in December.

We occasionally go to concerts here, and the music is really nice! The place has a really nice atmosphere, and it makes for a pleasant evening. All the bands are local, and the concerts are free! Highly recommend.

We went to the grounds of Shippen Manor in Oxford, NJ for a concert. They are held during the summer, on Sunday evenings. Really great bluegrass/ honkey tonk music tonight! Relaxing, beautiful evening!
