Read MoreFirst of all, Shout out to one of the workers (Ann-Marie) she demonstrated professionalism, patience, understanding and most importantly my son always enjoyed being under her care. I always could distinguish wether my son been solidly with Ann-Marie vs Lisa, day by day. The other worker (Lisa), she is very unprofessional, she has no patience and very disrespectful. The many of incidents that occurred, when it came to my son, the manager made A LOt of poor decisions and responses to the worker (Lisa) behavior. When I expressed my frustration & concern to the manager (Jenine) in regards to Lisa’s behavior, I never recieved adequate responsive-actions on what would be the next step. The manager always made me second-guess my decision on keeping my son at this facility. After the many talks we had, I would never hesitate leaving my son with (Ann-Marie), but the other worker, (Lisa)—ABSOLUTELY A NO-NO! This facility would excel with more workers or even manager like Ann-Marie. I AM 100% CERTAIN, THIS PLACE WOULD BE NOTHING WITHOUT ANN-MARIE!!!WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER IN MATTERS OF THE CARE FOR OUR CHILDREN. THIS FACILITY WOULD DEFINETELY LOSE SIGHT/VALUE OF WHAT PROPER CARE IS FOR A CHILD ONCE SHE DECIDES TO MOVE ON.
