We arrived at Riverside Dog Park around 2:30, and at first, I was a little discouraged when I didn’t see any dogs. But after parking, I spotted at least three—and with my two, we had a party! 🥳
The park has two separate areas for small and large dogs. While my dogs are on the smaller side, we opted for the large dog area since Charlie loves to run and play! My older guy, TuTu (15 years old), had plenty of space to walk around at his own pace.
After leaving the dog park, we explored the Cross Creek Linear Park trail, which was absolutely amazing. Even in February, people were walking, biking, and running. The trail is well-maintained, shaded, and simply beautiful.
Great job to those who keep this place so welcoming! If you’re looking for a great spot for your pup to play and a scenic trail to enjoy afterward, this is the place to be!
