Nice splash park with shaded seating and picnic tables near by. Close to library shopping and other venues. Restrooms are a very short distance. The splash pad does not allow animals and the rest of the Riverfront Esplanade only allows pets on leash.

Beautifully laid out. Great walking path. BUT, every few yards, there are speakers and music is played over all of them the entire park. So, a beautiful peaceful park has this music blaring when it should be quiet so you can enjoy the beautiful views....Read More
