Has a dirt trail around about 85 to 90% of the lake but at a certain point the dirt trail end right into a parking lot so this breaks the flow. You can also cut from the trail onto sidewalk and this goes around the park continuously. Some decent inclines for running. Would make for a very short bike path given its only about 8/10 of a mile or so around the whole place. One parking lot right by the water is tiny so end up parking on street. Other lot down the road, next to the lake, but same property is next to a large grassy area and playground. Don't know if I would revisit for a workout because of how short the course is but certainly good for water recreations. The "beach" is naturally just dirt, so plan for a lot of mud.
