Nice quiet stroll through the well kept garden. Lots of different flowers, not just roses. Family atmosphere, little paths leading to more flowers, memorial benches for resting in the shade. Cute park, really enjoyed it.

I LOVE this rose garden I try to go as much as possible. It smells like if you are standing and walking inside of a perfume bottle with many different rose blends and other flower notes to give the roses more depth also the smell...Read More
No, there is no playground inside the rose garden.Yes, but the bathroom stalls do not have doors. The photo with the humming bird painting on the side is where the bathrooms are. I included the photo the artwork was really pretty.Yes, I saw people walking dogs. Not the most ideal for a sit down and picnic unless you have a quilt of blanket.

It’s absolutely beautiful right now (June) because everything is blooming and smells so good!! This is a real gem of a park for Eugene. We saw people taking graduation photos, and there is a gazebo for weddings and events.
No playground. The Skinner Butte Riverplay playground is about a half mile up the bike path.Public restrooms in the northeast corner of the park.ON LEASH ONLY!!!Yes, picnic tables and a large grassy area for picnic blankets. There are also benches throughout.

Went early April. Not much in bloom, the smells from the trees and bushes that were blooming were great. Would love to go back in season. Loved the paths and the signage. Parking was easy. Some paths a bit slippery in early spring.
