I love this place!! It's easy to get to, only 15 minutes or so from downtown Frederick, yet provides a beautiful few and feels remote. I head over on lunch breaks sometimes just to sit and get a few minutes of quiet and relaxation.

Nice views of Frederick. Good network of trails. Better for hiking than mountain biking (not bi-directional, lots of long up and long down) in my opinion/for my personal liking. Nice place to visit though. Pretty in fall for sure!

Hiked Green trail and some of the Yellow trail. Stopped at the Southern and Northern Overlooks. Nice views of the valley. Trails were clean, well used, and well marked.
