We visited on a Saturday afternoon, and it was pretty busy. Had to wait about 10 minutes to buy tickets. We recommend general admission and the tower experience. You won't regret the tower view and seeing the whole city. We also recommend signing up for...Read More

Fantastic, world-class museum. Gives an in-depth look at a major historical period in history that’s often overlooked. Great reflection on geopolitics of isolationism in the United States. The trench exhibit is well-done and illuminating. The Freedom Tower is worth the additional cost, and you get a...Read More

Incredible collection and probably one of the best I've seen in travelling. So awesome that it's here in KC. Volunteer staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful navigating the huge halls. Artillery, videos and collected pieces from the era were in great shape. Reccomend coming.

Wow. One of the best museums I’ve been to. Walks you all the way from start to finish of WW1. I was shocked at how many artifacts they had and the way it was displayed. This is a must see.
