Beautiful city park. Busy place when the weather is pleasant. Lot to do here, I just stretched out my legs and walked the trail around the lake.

Nice little park; looks like someone tried to destroy a placque/monument though with a hammer, which is sad.

Wonderful People were walking, biking, fishing, swimming and playing putt-putt. Beautiful lake and beautiful. I really love this park. There's a walking trail all the way around the entire lake, pretty good-size leak so it was a nice walk.

One of the best places to walk, picnic and meet friends. You can fish too! There's an outdoor amphitheater that has performances periodically of all kinds. Baseball fields, BBQ areas, gardens and even a labyrinth. There's no doubt it's the best park in Cheyenne.

Really fun space! Lions holds ton of public events (amphitheater and otherwise) like concerts, and Arts festivals (Cheyenne Arts Celebration), and many more local activities throughout the year. (CFD, Cheyenne Day, Superday)
Large playground spaces litter Lions Park , as well as the Cheynne Children's VillageThere are public restrooms in the Botanical Gardens building. But there are structures on (specifically) the south side of the park that can be used almost all year. relatively clean for a park bathroom.Extremely dog friendly. People will ask to pet your dog.Picnic areas can be rented out, or used if free. They usually exist by a bathroom.

This was our first time visiting and the pond was frozen 9" thick and probably more in other places. Coming from Texas this was real neat to be able to walk out on frozen water.

Great park. I was there for the Celtic Bison fest. The playground was new and many families were there playing. The events took place on the baseball field. There was plenty of parking. I didn't see any water fountains but it freezes unexpectedly in Wyoming.

Greatest park on Cheyenne. Lots of room to walk or go on a picnic. It's always clean and people are very respectful.
Child friendly great for small groups.Great place to walk your dog on a leash. Open areas don't make it feel to crowded and wide sidewalks give everyone plenty of room.
