This was our first time to the park and it didn't disappoint. Although cold and windy, the trails were great and the wildlife was incredible. We will definitely come back because he liked the hills and the people we passed were very friendly......

Around ~3 miles of shaded hike! I love walking this trail when it’s warmer so I don’t overheat. It does get busy but there’s plenty of parking lots located around different parts of the trail. On top of that, people kayak and use the picnic...Read More

Breathtaking scenery ❤️. The parking lot is limited, thereby, you can park at the Avent Ferry Rd Lot, that’s 3-min driving away from the park and 8-min walking lake rail taking to this breathtaking view

The bike loop around the lake is great. You got work hard in the beginning to get up those few hills after the bridge. But after that it's totally worth the fast flowing trail and the view from the dam on the far side
