If you love Lowell and Jack Kerouac this is the place. If you're afraid of Lowell or the multicultural park Experience I would recommend going during daylight hours. Lots of Kerouac Poetry on Monuments. Plan to spend time reading

Great outdoor park I mean magnificent park. There's an outdoor ping-pong table and 2 Cornhole setups!!! They just added a handicap outhouse as well.
