There were a ton of employees on the floor, but somehow no supervision of the laser tag line. Anarchy. At least 10-15 people walked right up to the front of the line and cut everyone that had been there 15 mins, resulting in another 15 min. wait. Made several complaints to several 16 year olds, as there wasn't an adult, let alone a manager, anywhere to be found. Also, the laser obstacle course (not to be confused with laser tag arena) smelled like urine. I was fortunate enough to experience an especially strong odor closer to the floor, as I rolled through with my mission-impossible-like moves. I wouldn't suggest cleaning it, but instead replacing that carpet altogether. Kids that worked there were actually pretty attentive and had a good sense of customer service.
