Columbus has some incredible metroparks, Highbanks being one of them. There are walking trails, picnic areas, playgrounds, and a nature center, to name a few of the amenities present. Would recommend for a day with the family or for peaceful solitude.

The Falls colors were simply stunning!! Plenty of picnic area and benches for elderly visitors. Ran across so many friendly folks on a morning hike with their families and pets. I reckon the Fall colors would still be around for another couple of weeks.
