A pleasant walk around the park 1 mall trail to get some steps in today midday. Just what the Dr ordered for some stress relief. A few nice elevation changes on this easy trail. Beautiful foliage on display this time of year. I would recommend...Read More

A pleasantly spacious and open park for picnics and recreational activities, with a serene slightly hidden walking trail. The trail stretches a good distance around the park for a nice power walk. As well as, having plenty of trees throughout the trail to keep you...Read More

Really pleasant walk and hike spot that's uncrowded but easy to get to. No benches anywhere so might want to bring a towel or something to toss on ground for a rest. And a large bottle of water. Much of it open and hot...Read More

Be alert if walking alone, there are several "camps" throughout the trails, mostly near the train tracks. Never had any problems, but you never know.

Wide open spaces, when you want plenty of direct sunshine. Also, quiet nooks when you want some shade and to be away. Neat trail not on the map if you keep to the right when you enter the park.

HUGE Open Field! No one ever comes here apparently. This field is so big, it's a 10 minutes walk up and down, side to side. A perfect place to bring your dogs out to run and play.

I absolutely love this park. It's an absolute jewel in the middle of Tallahassee. Great for dogs, families, bike trails, picnics, sometimes there's a child driving a golf cart which is strange but funny. I moved to Tallahassee at the beginning of the pandemic and...Read More

Nice strip of green land to get away from city with walking trail and large open field. Nice spot for a lunch or pictures on rail road track or under symmetrical bridge structure.
