Even when the water park is closed, especially when the water park is closed it’s a wonderful place to bird watch. Open space. Lord knows with all the development Fishers needs more preserved OPEN space. It seems to be well thought out.

We had a great time paddle boarding on the 4th of July. The park and sand bar are really nice and clean. Definitely recommend spending your day in the great outdoors here.

Fishers has done a tremendous job transforming nothing, into a nice place to enjoy the water. Great for kids with a great playground that will keep them occupied when not in the water. Plus you can rent a kayaks or launch your own.

Gigi was great! She was informative at the paddleboard/kayak stand. It's still early days for the beach, but I appreciate any efforts to improve amenities in central Indiana. The staff is friendly and professional.

Dogs are allowed just not on sand

It’s one of a kind playground all kinds of really cool things. You don’t get anywhere else. Pirate ships crazy kinds of swings and access to water for making really cool castles, etc.Vented bathrooms really nice even a place to change adultsDogs are allowed, but not on the sand or the dockYou usually can get a spot at one of the five or six shelter houses but call ahead if you’re having a real party cause you don’t wanna have a space but they have gas grills and everything. There’s also wheel fun rentals kayaking, and you’ll be able to do that in the fall you call and make an appt for a group on sat or sun
