Went for open bowling around 20:15. Came early to wait for league to be done.
Checked in at the desk, cashier told us to wait till 21:00.
We waited, came back to the counter at 21:00, league was done, but some bowlers stayed to chit chat (understandable)...

We waited, came back to the counter at 21:00, league was done, but some bowlers stayed to chit chat (understandable) however, more than half of the lanes were open. Cashier guy told us he couldn’t put us on yet and to keep waiting. After waiting nearly an hour, called us back up.
Keep in mind, they claim to be open till 23:00.
The cashier denied us an hour, told us only 1 game because he wanted to leave early.
Are you kidding me?
The guy said it so snarky, too.
I wish I could leave my job early and close everything down, too, because I wanted to leave early. What a joke.
After being told to wait for nearly an hour, and denied service because he wanted to leave early is not the way a business should be conducted. He needs to find a new job. Uber or Lyft would be a great fit for you, buddy.
