Last time I was at the casino I was playing their equivalent of Texas hold'em. I think it's called Texas blind. Each time they handed me two cards I would rub the cards on the table for good luck. One of the times I did this, an older man with some facial hair, the dealer, reached over suddenly and without warning slapped my hands and then put his hands firmly on top of the cards. He told me I'm not supposed to look at the cards until he's done dealing. I told him I wasn't looking at the cards. Then he stared at me for a good 10 seconds keeping his hands on top of my cards and then asked me if we are going to have a problem. I told him to just deal the hand. He stayed put and kept his hands on my cards and asked me again if there's going to be a problem. I said, I don't know is there a problem? Deal the cards! Then he asked me two or three more times if there's a problem and I raised my voice and yelled just deal the cards! Then the Pit Boss and security came close by as though I'm the problem... So I would say in general it's fun to play the slots but there is a strong air of inhospitable attitude where it comes to table games.
