Lots of fun for the whole family!!! It starts as a simple walk through a graveyard, then takes a turn for darkness... I won't spoil it, but it's tons of fun!! The staff hidden throughout personalize your experience as they hear you talking and throw in little jabs here and there. It was fun, hilarious, and full of screams!! We'll be back next year!

First time going through it and didnt leave disappointed. Ended up meeting 2 amazing people. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend getting there early so you aren't waiting as long.

Great walk in the woods with jump scares and good effects! It's worth the dough and time! Had a 9.5 yr old and he did great but others might not. Definitely proced with caution.

The walk was incredibly creepy. We had a great time! Definitely worth it! We recommend getting there when the gates open at 6pm to avoid a long wait.

So much fun! I definitely will be coming back. I have seen other reviewers comment regarding the scariness level and the price. I’d like to address both to offer another perspective.
Firstly, is this the “scariest” fright walk out there? No. It is creepy, it is spooky, and there is a little something for everyone. There are jump scares, but it isn’t gruesome. If you’re out for the most visceral and grotesque display out there, this ain’t it. However, for many of us, this is exactly perfect. Are you a traumatized first responder that doesn’t need one more severed foot in their life? This is the haunt for you.
Regarding the price, I thought this production was WELL worth the money, especially given that this is a local labor of love. Essentially, this is like a hobby that got out of hand with surprisingly positive results. You’re not giving some big company your money. After seeing how amazingly well-organized the sets were and how much obviously goes into this, I was happy to have contributed. The decor/props, the lights, the machines, the cords to hook it all up, it all has a cost. And, as with all things that get set up and torn down, those things need to be replaced periodically as well. Plus, adding and changing displays this large takes a lot of scratch. It’s also an entire experience, as you’re not just standing in line forever waiting your turn. It’s like a mini festival when you’re waiting for your number to be called, complete with vendors, music, heaters, games, etc.
Give it a try. I don’t want to spoil anything, but some of the effects are quite ingenious.

This is THE BEST haunted experience every Halloween. Lots of costumed crew members to scare you, great props and the length of the walk was just right. This year, the fog effects WERE AMAZING! Love that it supports military vets as well.

My daughter and I went last night and had a blast! I was really shocked at the work involved in this event. The actors, props, themes, costumes, makeup, etc. were amazing!! Its about a 20 min. or so walk through the woods and def. worth the $20. I highly recommend going early when the gates open at 6:00pm. We got there close to 8:00pm and waited over 2 hours. That was the only downfall.

Best Halloween experience ever! Production value was top-notch, actors were invested. Even the parking coordination was impressively well coordinated.
We went on the last day (Saturday before Halloween) at 7:30, expecting to wait about 3 hours, but was actually about 90 minutes.

We visited this several years ago and it has grown to be one of the best Halloween mazes along the front range. Certainly worth spending the evening with your kids.

Waited about 15 mins in line to buy a ticket, then had to wait about 40 mins for my ticket to get called (which was fine because I just went back to my car for the 40 mins). I thoroughly enjoyed the walk, got scared a couple times as an adult which is more than I could ask for. THE SWAMP was an extremely cool visual. Fair amount of actors sitting around in costume maybe making zombie noises, but I was fine not having a jump scare around every corner and actually getting a chance to observe the props and decorations. Whole walk took about 25 minutes at a medium/slow pace so I could soak it all in. BRING FLYER FROM THEIR SITE TO GET $5 OFF PER TICKET.

I used to put on haunted houses when I was younger with the Jaycees in Ft. Collins (if any of you old fogies remember that group from the late 80's/early 90's) and this is so nostalgic for me, but better!! I love the jump scares, better every year! I find you have a better experience when you play along for the fun. Haunted houses and creepy walks are a whole lot better of an experience when you're NOT trying to taunt or shame the scarers... know what I mean?
I am always impressed with their imaginative "rooms" and can't wait for next year! (I'd love to join in on the fun, my daughter, too.)
Suggestion; maybe allow one or two refills for the price on the coffee/cider? And maybe something to do while you wait? Maybe a time slot? We'll still return every year... jussayin' :)

Love the old school style haunted house where they use actual actors and not animatronics. It was creative and fun! I will definitely be back next year!
