A great concept and for families with small children, probably a great (albeit expensive) chance to burn off some energy.Unfortunately, while we were there, two of the stations weren't working properly. Two others that are supposed to be manned by staff (there are signs that say "Line starts here" and "wait for assistance") had no one there. Finally another parent took it upon themselves to start directing traffic.Final station for us was the "Scribble Scrubbie" station and again there was no one at the desk there. There was a sign that directed you to the exit to get your little figure. The lady there was so sour! I asked if you got to choose the figure as there were two figures of the month displayed and she said, "Only if you are a member. Are you a member? (I said no) Then nope." Like, I get that might be the rule, and that is cool, but have some tact!Overall, if you are fine just taking it upon yourself to wander through and not care whether or not the attractions you paid for are working or not, maybe you're just looking to burn off some energy; then probably you will be fine. However, if you are looking for an "experience" enhanced by the staff, this is not it.
