A very nice little quiet park, not far from where I live. I didn’t get to enjoy all the trails due to heavy rains that fell a couple days before leaving puddles across the longer trails, but it had plenty of parking for the traffic, beautiful trails, a number of picnic areas, restrooms, and was dog-friendly, with a decent amount of nature and critters for my 7-month old to see. I heard a buzzing above my head while walking, stopped to look up and got a great picture of a large bee nest on one of the branches (shown).
Restrooms
There were restrooms available in the main park area which was nice to see rather than a port-o-potty.
Dog-friendliness
The park is dog-friendly with several trail-walkers having brought their pets as well.
Picnic area
The designated picnic area was under a Gazebo in the front of the park, but there were also several places along the trails that could be used as great natural picnic areas too.
