Dog owners who don’t leash on public trails: shame on you!
Vermont: you have so far to come in terms of accessibility and safety for people with disabilities (and the elderly I’d imagine).
I have been here a matter of days, and I think I saw a dog leashes once! This means people who are medically fragile like me are not safe on any public trails in your state.
Shame on you.
