The overall exhibit fell flat to me. Yes, the displays were generally festive, and the motion sensor monitors were intriguing, but the overall experience isn't worth a $30 ticket, in my opinion (maybe $15 at most). I've visited FREE Chelsea exhibits/galleries in the area that were a similar experience, with digital light art, and are sometimes even cooler. I definitely think ARTECHOUSE is more fitting for tourists who don't have this concept where they live or want an indoor activity for their family.
One piece of feedback - when my guest + I walked in, the only "check in process” was the host asking for my name. No one scanned my ticket, which I’ve heard happen to my friend another time as well - this seems odd + like a hole in their process…
