Let me just say—Aiden, the team lead at Altitude Trampoline Park, is an absolute legend. You know how most people would be stressed out managing a place where kids are literally bouncing off the walls? Not Aiden. This guy handled the madness like a trampoline Jedi. He was everywhere at once—checking people in, answering questions, running the floor, and somehow still cracking jokes like he wasn't surrounded by a sea of screaming sugar-goblins.
From the second we walked in, Aiden made the vibe super welcoming. He was upbeat, super friendly, and honestly seemed like he was having just as much fun as the kids (but in a way that says "I’m in charge and also cool"). He kept everything running smoothly even when there were a ton of birthday parties going on, kids wiping out mid-flip, and parents trying to remember why they thought this was a relaxing Saturday.
At one point, a kid lost a sock (the horror), and Aiden treated it like a full-blown rescue mission—sock recovered, crisis averted, 10/10 leadership. He also had this magical way of getting kids to listen without yelling, which might qualify him for sainthood.
Long story short: if Aiden’s running the show, you're in good hands. Altitude, hang on to this guy—he’s got main character energy and trampoline park superpowers. Give him a raise, a trophy, or at least a lifetime supply of energy drinks.
