A very beautiful memorial for our soldiers. Very quiet, great place to see tons of ducks and turtles. Also, if you're going to feed the wildlife please DO NOT feed them bread, It is very bad for their health. Please Google it if you need proof....Read More

Beautiful park - memorials for all the major conflicts of the 1900's. I was very moved by it. Makes you realize the debt of gratitude to all those young Servicemen who paid the ultimate price for our freedom.

Nice park with the veteran’s memorial for all the wars since WW1. Parents in the area letting their kids climb on the memorials like it was play equipment. I “educated” them about the purpose of showing respect. Bathrooms available.

Serene area to walk or just sit and reflect on the sacrifices many have made to protect our country. "Freedom is not free" Thanks to all that served and continue to serve in our armed forces

Very nice park. The loop is short but it has a really good atmosphere and lots of sculptures to see. Love the water fountains in the middle of the pond and the ducks swimming peacefully in it.
Can do a few loops to tire your dog out or park here and make this as a starting point to walk all the way to Palafox Pier. You’ll have to cross the street to get to the walking path, towards Hawkshaw Lagoon Memorial. It’s about an hour walk roundtrip.

A humbling reminder of American sacrifice. Very well displayed memorial. Lots of turtles that want to be fed, but no gators on this day.
