This Olive Garden Italian Restaurant is amazing. What differentiates this Olive Garden from others is the staff. The employees are awesome. Everyone wants to make your experience perfect. The food is also great. But the employees are great. We highly recommend this location. Located right next to the Riverchase Galleria mall. The food was absolutely delicious. We got the stuffed ziti fritta as an appetizer. Tour of italy and chicken tortelloni alfredo as main entrees which come with either salad or soup and breadsticks. Will leave room for dessert next time as I hear the chocolate lasagna comes highly recommended. Service was good. Definitely a good dining option when in the area. Galleria then Olive Garden. For years this has been a tradition of my grandmother's and mine. Still to this day they do not disappoint. My grandmother had the Tour of Italy and I decided on the steak this time. worst dinner ever at olive garden. the waitress took over 5 minutes to come greet us or take our drink order. once she arrived she SAT! I came here on two separate occasions. Once on a week day around Halloween and again yesterday (Saturday afternoon). The occasion I came around Halloween I had a chatty box of a waiter who shared too much. She also missed the mark on personal boundaries lol she would sit at your table or pull a chair up next to your table to talk (way longer than she should). Everyone in her section was quit disturbed. Like read the room Sheryl (her name wasn’t Sheryl). But she was nice. Now this 2nd time I came was a Saturday. The waiter I had was completely impatient. I think I was there less than 20 minutes (in mid bite, might I add) when he came and asked if I wanted a box to go. I was never offered more bread sticks or salad, nor was I offered a refill of my drink. He even opened the app for me to pay (which I didn’t ask for the help). I had a horrible time. The feeling of being rushed during your self care day out luncheon is horrible. I will return but I’ll make sure I steer clear of that guy. My daughter and I watched the manager on duty belittle a waitress (Ashley) when she made a mistake and accidentally drop a tray with our food on it. I mean, it was an accident. The manager didn't do anything to help with the inconvenience of having to wait for our food to be remade . I told her she was very rude and I would not be dinning here ever again . The waitress for our table was very attentive. Celebrating birthday, so we had a big group. The food arrived hot and timely. The manager was working as hard as his employees. Very good experience. If I could leave a zero I would! We got on the wait list and sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Then we got kicked off the wait list. So we got back on the waitlist and got kicked off again. We’ve talked to an employee and have been waiting for a response for a good while now. Every time we visit this restaurant, it’s unorganized. Doesn’t do reservations apparently. Safe to say I won’t be visiting this Olive Garden again!! Service: 1
