Read More"Our Mother's Day meal at Olive Garden was wonderful overall, despite the expected crowd. While the restaurant was understandably packed and we experienced significant waits for everything, our server, John, was phenomenal. He provided excellent customer service, keeping our table stocked with delicious breadsticks and salads and doing his best to keep us comfortable during the delays. His positive attitude shone through, even though it was clear he was under pressure. As usual, our food and drinks were really good.
However, and this is a note for management to consider for next year, our food unfortunately did not arrive at the same time. As a family, we typically wait for everyone to be served before eating, but I had to start because my dish was getting cold. Additionally, drink service was slow. We also waited over 20 minutes for our desserts, ultimately deciding to take them to go. To their credit, the manager did come out and comp our desserts due to the delay. Despite the long wait time, we did enjoy the family time together. Olive Garden remains a family favorite, and we will continue to be patrons."
