Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

I come here for lunch occasionally. Usually order the weekday lunch special that spans between 11 - 4 (Monday through Friday). Very convenient when you want a quick lunch break. I’d usually spend an hour here so it’s quick and easy. Service and atmosphere are great. Sarah was generous with making sure ours and the guest are being served well. All in all, I highly recommend it if you’re making a quick lunch break within Cuyahoga Falls.

I gave the atmosphere a 3 because it was cold in the restaurant. I noticed I was not the only one eating with my jacket on. Food was delicious! No skimping on the shrimp or chicken! Gave service a 4 because we did not get our appetizer until after we were served our meal. And it took a while to get a beverage and no refill on the water. I had to give my husband some of my water.

The food was GOOD. The service was poor the time I went I had to request another set of utensils because the previous had been extremely stained like if it hadn’t been properly clean. I took forever to come but it was the same so I just ended up requesting hot water in cup so keep an eye on that. I do feel like if I had pointed it out to the waitress she would’ve fixed but they were so busy so I didn’t want to bother. Everything else was fine though and the food was as good as it looks.

Olive Garden is my absolute favorite restaurant. This experience was so amazing. My waiter made sure that everything was delightful…I had the Steak Alfredo with Chicken added and it’s the best thing i’ve ever put in my mouth. My addiction to this dish is insane❤️! The waiter suggested a spiked lemonade and it did not disappoint at all. 1000/10 overall

I put my name on the “waiting list” and by the time I arrived, I had a 5 minute warning. The lobby was full, and you could feel the rush with people impatiently waiting in line and workers moving quickly to keep things running. When the hostess finally got to me, I had been removed from the list (which was honestly no big deal), but she treated me as if I was still on it and got my husband and me seated right away. That small act of kindness set the tone for the night. I first want to thank the hostess, and really all the staff hustling around. Even if you were not serving me directly, I noticed the effort you were putting in to keep things flowing. It does not go unseen. Now for a special shout out to our server, Kaila. She was fantastic. Her personality was infectious and she was beyond attentive. The food was delicious, but honestly, I would go back for her service alone. Kaila is a true people person. Even the way she interacted with other tables, she spoke to everyone like a good family friend. That kind of warmth cannot be taught. In today’s world, everything feels overwhelming. So many of us are overworked and underpaid, yet people in hospitality still show up with smiles and energy. To everyone at Olive Garden, the hostess, the servers, the cooks, the busboys, thank you. In a thankless world where you deal with impatience daily, please know your hard work matters. You gave us more than a meal, you gave us a reminder of kindness, service, and joy.

We are so luck to have so many good restaurant options near us. Olive Garden is one of the best choices for a sit-down meal. Options galore on the menu for every budget. This is the best salad. Love the personalized pepper and cheese grating! Staff is friendly. The place is always immaculate. Parking choices are optimal. Sometimes a wait around peak times, which is normal. Just be prepared. Food comes out fresh. Servers make regular rounds. Love, love, love this place! Thank you!

I enjoyed a good meal of Chicken Parmesan with fettuccine and the salad/bread sticks. Our waitress Meredith was as beautiful and perfect as the meal itself. Her kindness and efficiency were much appreciated after a long day of being with my sister in the hospital. all day.

Service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Our drinking glasses were never empty. The bread sticks were the best they'd ever been. Hot, fluffy, and tasty. (I don't usually care for the bread sticks at all) My pasta was a tad more al dente than I prefer, but it was still hot and delicious. This was the best experience we've had at Olive Garden in years.

My husband and I visited on Saturday afternoon for a celebratory meal. Olive Garden never disappoints but we had a specially wonderful time at this location. Our bartender Josh was kind and informative. He stopped by the table at all the right times and helped with recommendations. At the end of our meal the manager stopped to ask how everything was as well. We had a great time and the food was perfection.

Came for a late Saturday lunch. Kassidy was amazing! She is in training but you couldn’t tell honestly did better than other servers I have at other restaurants. Made sure our waters stayed refilled and ensured we knew what specials were occurring to make our experience great! Would request Kassidy next time!

I don't know how to explain it. This place has had a complete turn around from 6 to 8 months ago. My family of 4 was seated, served, ate and left within 40 minutes and the parking lot was full. Lots of seats were occupied. This is the best service we've had at this location and that's exciting.

Came here with a couple friends that I haven't talked to in a while, and we decided on coming here, the service was great and the bread sticks great as always, nice and warm. Jeffery our server was the best he was attentive, kind, caring, and if we had a question he had an answer. Highly recommend this Olive Garden.

I dont think its anything about the place specific, people just dont like going to work anymore and aren't as cheerful as they used to be when they see they have a table. I love the bread sticks, and all the cheese on the salad and pasta though so it makes up for it for me.
