If McDonald's locations were ranked from best to worst, this one would undoubtedly fall in the bottom 1%, making it the worst I’ve ever visited. The managers are exceptionally rude and disrespectful, creating an atmosphere that feels deliberately uncomfortable. I come here simply to enjoy my meal and relax, yet their conduct makes that nearly impossible.
While the food itself is acceptable—I have yet to suspect any tampering—I wouldn’t be entirely shocked if that changed. Interestingly, the regular employees are far more polite, which begs the question: how did these ill-mannered managers get promoted over individuals who are genuinely kind and capable?
This level of hostility is something I’ve experienced only at this location—nowhere else in Oklahoma or Shawnee, California, Michigan. Their disdain for service dogs is particularly appalling, going so far as to call the police over mine.
At the end of the day, all I want is to enjoy my hamburger, use my coupons, and savor my fries without unnecessary hostility. Unfortunately, that seems too much to ask here.
