This location has the worst service and timing. It took the staff nearly two minutes just to acknowledge that we were there to order. After that, we waited an entire hour for our food—only because we had to ask about it. When we finally got it, the order was still wrong. Instead of apologizing, a staff member joked that at least the two missing sandwiches would be fresh. But what about the rest of our food that had been sitting out the whole time?
We had to wait another 10 minutes for the sandwiches while the rest of our family sat there with cold food. To make things worse, we left frustrated and missing fries. Every time we come here, the service and food quality somehow manage to get worse. We try to avoid this McDonald’s, but sometimes it’s our only option. Unfortunately, it’s consistently disappointing.
