Went to this McDonald's to try the McRib for the first time. Was greeted with a rude employee who clearly didn't want to be there and couldn't care less when we arrived at the window to pay. The fries were obliterated to the point of feeling like potato chip sticks with how crunchy they were. The McRib was luke warm at best and the bun had absolutely no moisture and crunched with every bite. the only thing that wasn't messed up was the soda that an automatic machine dispenses for the employees. I couldn't remember why I don't go to this McDonald's in town but now I most certainly do. I am not looking for 5 star meals from a fast food place but at the very least I wouldn't mind if my food wasn't as dry as the Sahara desert.

The longest I ever waited to get food at a McDonald's.Had pre ordered on the app (I miss people taking orders at the register but they look at you like your cray if you do that and want you to use the computer by the register) well even with me doing the pre order on the app it took over 20 mins. I rarely go to MC Donald's because it’s not what it used to be. Also at this one they blast awful music it’s like torture. Food items don’t even look like the pictures. We were the only ones in there too.

Not only that there pulling 5-6 cars into parking spots & they are always forgetting something in the bag to where I have to go in and tell them what they forgot ! For whatever reason, like 50% of the time I pull up to the drive through, their system doesn't recognize my car. So I sit there for 5-10 minutes waiting with a line of angry people behind me. There's three cameras on the drive through... Either their system is broken or their employees don't give a shit. This has happened 5-6 times.
Oh, and when I pulled up and was a little ticked off, the lady at the window tried to blame it on me "pulling up to the wrong speaker". I know how to use a drive thru thank you, I was sitting where I was supposed to. Same behavior works fine when they aren't ignoring people. Get bent.
