McDonald's in Pell City

This is a very nice and clean McDonald's, everyones usually fairly nice and help you. When I need something, they always get it to me which I appreciate. The inside is very fancy as well as their small outside area, definitely better then a lot of McDonald's in the area. I appreciate all the niche and cute seating. Good for pictures! I visit this McDonald's a lot and the food never disappoints, always fast and easy. Never had my order wrong. The only thing I will complain about is that if you go inside to order, they might leave you standing there for a while and be talking to a coworker right in front of you lol. Otherwise workers are very nice and speedy for the drive through, I do recommend this one.

Several years ago lived in town and spent many hours at McDonalds using their free wi-fi over a cup of their excellent coffee. I have always loved McDonald's coffee more than their food items which as fast food never had much appeal to me. I did have a few breakfast meals and a few cheese burgers but were not impressed. The service was always good with friendly staff and after they remodeled the atmosphere was great - somewhat like a regular coffee shop. There were a few homeless people that hung around and I even had a few approach me inside asking for money to buy food.

A manager by the name of Keta helped me with my order in the drive through. She is all a manager has to be. Very nice and polite. Spoke in a very sweet voice. I go to this store quite a bit but she is really the one who keeps me going back. As long as she is there i promise to keep going back.

They had a lot of staff members at work, it was neat and clean even the bathroom;which you do not see a lot of most of the time. The workers were friendly and one of the staff members took the time out to come check on us to make sure we were looking everything and had a great conversation with us as well.

The day I went was very busy.. when I wakes up to order they weren’t ready yet but one of the workers Nathan went as fast as he could. Even thought he was busy he still was super nice and got me exactly what I needed. When my quarter pounder had mustard and I asked for none he was super sweet about it and helped me out. One of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Keep it up

I love getting breakfast here in the mornings but they have messed with my usual combo number and now, it doesn't even show the number on the order menu. I have to tell them what the combo is and that's okay. I had one issue one night where I placed a order for a chicken nuggets combo. To be fair, it was kind of late and the delivery truck was there making deliveries. So when I pulled up to the menu to order in the drive thru and placed my simple order, the guy asks me what kind of sauce I wanted. I promptly said "hot mustard." He then tells me that they are all out and that they don't currently have any. I said well the delivery truck is there and making deliveries do they not have any on that delivery? He then got an attitude and said that it would take time for someone to look for the "hot mustard" and to just pick another sauce in a very rude voice. It was obvious that he wasn't going to do it. Okay, now for the reason that I still gave 5 stars.. so I get past the disgruntled and rude young man that takes the money and pull forward to get my food and this outgoing manager at the next window promptly hands me my food with a quickness and I told her about the situation that just happened. She quickly responds to it and gives me several packets of "hot mustard" and she thanks me for letting her know about the situation as this was the third complaint that she had about him that night. I understand that we all have bad days but if you can't be somewhat positive, then that's an obvious sign that maybe you should be finding a different place to work. The point is that the manager was prompt and responsive to my needs. She was awesome! I applaud her for her efforts in order to correct the situation at hand and keep me as a loyal customer. A job well done!

Ordered Big Mac Meal. Everything was hot and fresh!! We commented to the young guy at the drive thru window because he was all alone in the front. He laughed at us and was never negative about it, just sweet and friendly. I wish I had gotten his name. Also, the gal that took the order and our money was also a sweetheart! I commend this McDonalds because I hate to go to a window and be handed my receipt and debit card and the worker never even say thank you!! I appreciate the friendliness!!

The Pell City McDonald's where my son and I went to eat was a very nice experience. Justin the young man that took our order was extremely nice and friendly. When there was a chance for him to check on the tables he would come and ask us if everything was good and if there was anything else that we needed. He even was being silly with my son and had us both laughing. I would give Justin a 10 on a scale from 1 to 5 because he went above what he had to do as an employee and made everyone feel right at home.

This place is a fast food place to grab some food the staff have been I small bit slow in the past but get the job done quick as they can most times I have know a couple rude employees here but hey it's a mc D's a lot of them or teens but overall a good place

the food is delicious and they always get my order perfect. the drive thru is always super speedy when mr. nathan is working!!! he handles the line very well and gets me and my family in and out on a full stomach!!! i would definitely recommend
