Read MoreThis was the PERFECT venue for our toddler/preschool birthday party. I highly recommend this McDonald’s party package. It was an overall pleasing party, and my guests were impressed. The kids had a blast, especially with the play structure—and what kid doesn’t love McDonalds? It was a rainy day, and yet we were unaffected because it was indoors. I rate our experience a 10 out of 10 because of the value for the money, an exceedingly satisfactory party experience, and the fact that we had a phenomenal party host. Value for the money – The price was comparable to local party play centers. It was an all-inclusive package for 10 kids; it included their happy meals, place settings/table cloth, banner, balloons, cake, goodie bags, cake, ice cream, 2-hour reservation for the entire space, en-suite bathroom, speaker for music, paper goods, and of course, exclusive access to the playplace & party space for 2 whole hours. Unbeatable deal.
Party experience—Booking was easy: simple and professional. The booking manager “Haddes” answered all my questions and reviewed the package guidelines. There were no surprises: An in-person cash deposit is required to book, and the only outside food I was approved to bring was a tray of fruit, which I appreciated. If it helps, all else I added on the day of my party were nonslip socks for the kids, noise makers, mini-water bottles, birthday candles, and a small ball pit since my guests were primarily 1-5 years old. So, not a lot. They also made it easy for me to add-on extra food for parents and siblings; I placed the order at the start and quickly added more food during the party. I was pleased with how they bought out all the food neatly arranged for the party; it was a nice touch. The only drawback was realizing outside kids were bummed the play space was unavailable during the time of our reservation. Still, it paid to have the space exclusively with our loved ones to celebrate.
Party host: Sanaya was our phenomenal party host—accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable! She frequently checked in for food needs, delivered the meals timely, ensured an orderly bathroom, and personally anticipated our needs (so sweet). The best part of the party was seeing the decorated space when we walked in; she was responsible for setting up, and it was impeccably clean and cleared out. When it was time to settle the bill with her at the end, we reviewed the itemized receipt together, which was surprisingly free of discrepancies despite all our sporadic food additions. We conveniently paid everything all at once. Sanaya insisted on taking full care of clean up (though we all worked together so we could quickly reopen the space again to everyone). My only advice here is to plan to bring a worthy tip (if you’re a tipper) because she is excellent at her duty as a party host. It was a pleasure to work with her.
