She didn't even give me my cup at first, so when the food came out, without the sauce, I had to remind her. I like 1/2 Sweet and 1/2 Unsweet tea. They didn't have any unsweetened out at the drink station, so I went back to the same lady to ask for her to get it. Even though I literally tried to hand her the cup, she tried to ring me up for another one. I had to explain to her it was for the cup I already had. She then said to just grab it myself at the drink island. So I had to re-explain I couldn't. She then had to go get the manager to void the ticket, so im still standing there drinkless.
Good grief. Another lady saw me and I told her what I needed and she got it for me. My advice is to use the app.
