Read MoreAbove and beyond. My children love this place a lot especially my son and unfortunately he misplaced his phone at this location still he wouldn't stop patronising them. I asked one of the cashiers if they saw his phone on several occasions but he said no bc they are usually busy with customers/orders,this I quite understand. Then 2 weeks later,as my son was placing his order,I approached the same cashier bc he was the one who attended to my son on the day he misplaced his phone so he was familiar with the situation on ground and repeated my inquiry. He asked me to hold on ,so he could find out from the manager if they saw any phone as there are different people on different shifts. The manager came out,asked about the description of the phone and to our greatest surprise, she went inside and handed the phone to us. I was so grateful for their kind gesture and happy that we still have good people around in a very "not so good world" 😊. Thank you McDonalds, thank you manager, thank you cashier, management & staff of McDonalds, thank you good people.
