Read MoreThey usually get the order wrong, so we rarely go to this one, but it's the closest to us, so sometimes we take the chance. Not only was my food wrong (I hate pickles and always order their burgers without), the outside was coated in something clear but slick that upon tasting appears to be soap. I had ordered with mayo, so I had assumed that's what it was, but it was very definitely soap of some kind. It's not worth calling them, because I've tried in the past and they just want you to come back, which isn't worth it. We will just go an extra five minutes from now on to go to a better location.
