Read More11/17/24 I'm updating and adding 2 stars because there are two Managers who are enthusiastic and provide good customer service. I've noticed that quality is high on their shifts, usually at night, even right before closing. I live across the street so McD is dinner at 11:45 when I get home from work. If I stop in during the afternoon shift on my way to work 12:30-1pm, then it's hit or miss. If they're working the food is usually hot and everything is accurate. Other times, I have to wait 5 minutes at the counter for a simple drink cup for a mobile order they've had for 10 minutes already. The two good ones are outgoing enthusiastic men who are both black–thanks to them.

Past 1 star Review:
Someone clearly used the same mop to clean the oily floors in the back, in the front lobby. The floors are so slippery in the main part of the restaurant (and bathroom) that it was like I was rollerskating. Restaurants always should have a different mop to use in different areas of the restaurant, specifically for this reason. Employees wear no slip shoes. Customers do not. Someone better get off their lazy behind and throw down some degreaser and get to scrubbing because if I slip and bust my ass the next time it rains, the franchise owner won't be forgetting my name anymore than their bestie's mom's.
