McDonald's in Derry

I was served MOLDY EGGS!!! This place deserves a 0 star!! I normally don't go to this location but it was on my way to work this morning. I got 2 bacon egg cheese sandwiches. I should have looked before leaving the restaurant but I didn't. I got to work. Gave a sandwich to my co worker and went to eat mine. When I took a bite I noticed the egg was Moldy inside it. I told my co worker to double check hers and same thing with hers!!! Black/ Green mold in both eggs on both sandwiches!!! Absolutely gross! The store should be shut down for serving moldy food!! One of the better McDonald's franchisees in tbe area. The restaurant and play area are kept clean and the food is actually delivered fresh. However the staff does seem a bit confused and disorganized at times which can cause a bit of an extended wait time for getting your order 😉 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Went to the drive-thru. Ordered a 6-piece nugget happy meal with apple slices, milk, and fries. The receipt listed everything correctly. Got home, and the only thing in the box was fries and nuggets - no milk, no toy, no apple slices. Over half my order was missing. Messaged corporate, and they did nothing. I'll never go back Food: 1 Service: 1

When the entire staff is having an amazing store meeting talking about who slept with who at the drive thru window while you have customers at the counter with children and then make eye contact with said customer and then ask the group "is anyone gonna help front" y'all top notch for working for $15 an hour 👍 all because I was waiting for a sandwich the staff forgot to give me for my order. I genuinely wish I could’ve given them a 0. The amount of incompetence that came from every single worker was insane. I ordered online in hopes to skip the whole waiting in line thing. Apparently they wait until you arrive to start your order. So, despite the fact that I had placed my order 15 minutes before I arrived, I still had to wait inside for an additional 15 minutes. Not a single worker acknowledged me for the first 10 minutes. At that point a man held up a receipt with a number on it in hopes to get me to clarify if that was my order number or not, it wasn’t. I told him my correct order number to which he did not reply and went back to doing what he was doing. About 5 minutes later a girl came up and placed my order on the pickup shelf, without my cup. So I stood for a few minutes patiently, before I said “excuse me” to the several workers who were within 3 feet MAX of me, to which not a single one of them replied. So I said it again, and again. Until finally a woman, who I am assuming was the manager came out of absolutely no where and yelled at me to get “behind the line,” the invisible line apparently cause not in one place is it marked that I can’t step up closer to the counter to get someone’s attention to complete my order that has now been in their system for 35 minutes. Mind you, the order wasn’t even correct. But you best bet I was not gonna wait a second longer. I asked the woman after she yelled at me for a millimeter of my shoe touching her “line,” why there was not a single person up front. She did not reply. Instead shoved my cup into my arm and walked off. I was not the only customer. Infact a woman had been in there longer than me with her young son, waiting for their food. I hope she atleast received the correct order. And other customers were seated also. I get that it’s mcdonald’s and my expectations shouldn’t be high, however, they weren’t. Yet they still couldn’t be met. Have the day you deserve to every single one of those workers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve been a previous employee and this is genuinely the worst McDonalds there is. I had a few nice managers, but the majority of these managers will scream at you. I understand you’re miserable with your job but that’s no reason to treat people as if they aren’t even human. As an employee, you have to take responsibility for your co-workers who decide to smoke in the break room and attempt to do 50 different tasks at once. Once I was instructed to clean the lobby and take out the disgusting garage bags WHILE making McFlurries and bagging items. Full grown adult co-workers have threatened me and screamed at me. At the time I was 14 years old. This job doesn’t teach you responsibility, it scares you into not wanting another job ever again. I tried coming back to McDonald’s a year later just to find things were the exact same way. My first day I had to scrape hardened ice cream off the walls for inspection day, since McDonalds only cares about their cleanliness and safety if they can get in trouble for it. The scraper was literally broken and kept cutting into my skin. My hands were bleeding. Then as if that wasn’t enough, I’m on my hands and knees for two hours scrubbing high chairs because the condition of these were DISGUSTING. You’d think they’d want to prevent small children from getting sick. Not to mention, there’s black mold growing on the drink dispensers. Now, as a customer, I’m being screamed at once again. The employees could not be more disrespectful. It’s ridiculous, because even on my hardest shifts I would still keep a smile on my face. The reason I’m just now writing this review today is because I am at my limit with this location. My friends and I are at McDonald’s, literally ordering food. A newer manager comes up to us and kicks us out of the store. Why? Because we were “loitering.” You can’t be serious. This location thrives off the students who spend an outrageous amount of money on fries. We’re allowed to be here if we’re respectful and quiet. This was when there was only two tables being taken up. (My group and another group.) It came out of literally no where and I’d like to see you kick the families and grandparents who stay in the restaurant for more than 30 minutes. You won’t. This is the best mcdonalds that I have been to in a while. They make the best coffee here. Anyways, the amount of rude and self entitled customers here in the morning or maybe all hours is astounding. Who would have thought that coming during the last 10minutes of breakfast would have a long wait? Oh noooo boohoo. These guys break their backs for $7 an hour and the folks here demand 3 star michellin service. I saw a customer eat half a $13 quarter pounder and demand another one after “asking for zero ketchup” which he didnt. You folks are so entitled at mcdonalds its so funny. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Their food tastes old and the workers have an attitude problem. They never get the order right either. Not coming back again. I know they don’t care for people saying this but they are going to lose a lot of people if they don’t fix their employees. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

had time before work to stop in and grab a quick bite to eat, arrived at about 12:30, ordered a 10pc and a coke, waited 27 minutes before i had to end up leaving because i was going to be late for work. the place was mildly busy, but how can 27 minutes pass, and STILL, the 10pc and coke is not ready. so i paid for it and left without food. i wonder how long it would’ve taken for them to finish the 10pc and the coke, 10 more minutes? maybe 20 more minutes? maybe 45 more minutes? i told them i had been there for 20 minutes and they said they were working on it. unfortunate experience.
