I genuinely wish I could’ve given them a 0. The amount of incompetence that came from every single worker was insane. I ordered online in hopes to skip the whole waiting in line thing. Apparently they wait until you arrive to start your order. So, despite the fact that I had placed my order 15 minutes before I arrived, I still had to wait inside for an additional 15 minutes. Not a single worker acknowledged me for the first 10 minutes. At that point a man held up a receipt with a number on it in hopes to get me to clarify if that was my order number or not, it wasn’t. I told him my correct order number to which he did not reply and went back to doing what he was doing. About 5 minutes later a girl came up and placed my order on the pickup shelf, without my cup. So I stood for a few minutes patiently, before I said “excuse me” to the several workers who were within 3 feet MAX of me, to which not a single one of them replied. So I said it again, and again. Until finally a woman, who I am assuming was the manager came out of absolutely no where and yelled at me to get “behind the line,” the invisible line apparently cause not in one place is it marked that I can’t step up closer to the counter to get someone’s attention to complete my order that has now been in their system for 35 minutes. Mind you, the order wasn’t even correct. But you best bet I was not gonna wait a second longer. I asked the woman after she yelled at me for a millimeter of my shoe touching her “line,” why there was not a single person up front. She did not reply. Instead shoved my cup into my arm and walked off. I was not the only customer. Infact a woman had been in there longer than me with her young son, waiting for their food. I hope she atleast received the correct order. And other customers were seated also. I get that it’s mcdonald’s and my expectations shouldn’t be high, however, they weren’t. Yet they still couldn’t be met. Have the day you deserve to every single one of those workers.
