I placed a mobile order for three drinks for my car’s passengers, and we went to the Drive-Thru speaker. We needed to add another drink, because we forgot to add it. whilst doing that, we also asked for the newest McFlurry. The guy’s first response was, in a very rude tone, “we don’t got that no more.” Whilst waiting in the drive thru, him and another employee were arguing about someone missing an item(s) and we could hear the conversation through the Drive-Thru speaker, which the guy responded with “what do you want me to do about that? i need the receipt,” again in a rude tone. We then pull up to the first window, and he asked if it was “just a coke?” and i reminded him about my mobile order. he then rudely yelled at me, saying “the coke is $1.79.” i handed him the card, and went to the second window. the young man at the second window was way nicer than the one at the first window. If you want people to visit your location, hire better workers. They also got my mobile order wrong, We asked for 2 cokes, 1 Dr, Pepper, and a diet coke. i received 3 diet cokes and a dr pepper. will not be returning, as i have experienced multiple issues with this location, with rude staff.
