This one sounds silly, I know. But instead of just taking a regular shower every night before bed, spice up your bath time a little to make it more relaxing from start to finish! A warm bath will also make it that much easier to fall asleep later that night. Invest in high quality bath accessories, like bath bombs or bath salts. Letting yourself soak in a warm, colorful tub with these relaxing things around you will release more than you think and help you to feel much more at peace after!
