It has been a long roller coaster of emotions from day one, but they were by my side, ensuring I was always taken care of. The entire staff there goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are not in this alone. Anytime you call or walk in, you are greeted immediately with cheerfulness and a willingness to help. Brooks is a true rockstar! She works so hard to get everything worked out and ensure nothing is left out. I absolutely love that she believes in communication and is always willing to reach out to keep her clients informed. She took time to break things down and make sure I understood everything that was going on. Jacob and Jason are two of the most amazing people. I know that, at times, I was not the most pleasant person or that I can be pretty stubborn and headstrong, but they continued to push through and actually listen to my concerns. We were able to talk through all of the rough times and raw emotions. I have so much respect for them for caring about their clients and not just treating them as another number. I loved that if I needed to talk to either of them, they always found time in their busy schedules to answer my questions.
From the beginning, both Jason and Jacob were behind me one hundred percent. Even during our mediation, both of them showed up rocking my lucky color purple. They both had a purple tie, and Jason was rocking purple LSU socks. This, as small of a gesture as it may seem, meant the world to me and helped ease my nerves. I really do not know what I would have done without their continued support and hard work. I honestly can not thank the entire office enough for helping me overcome such a challenging situation.
