I found him to be abrupt, overpowering, and somewhat arrogant… however he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. In ending our conversation, he encouraged me to contact him if I had any other questions. A week later, I had additional questions. I contacted him on his mobile phone. He returned my call promptly, and demanded to know what I “wanted now”. Before I could reply to his question he interrupted me stating, “my retainer is $5,000, my rate is $350 an hour, contact my office to sign a contract…I want to get paid”. WOW. I am a real estate investor and make more money in one year than Mr. “I Want to Get Paid” Weisman will probably see in his lifetime. Money is not the most important thing for me….respect, character, and professionalism are…qualities Adam lacks. This guy is a real piece of work….stay away.
