This is my honest-to-good review and my entire encounter I've had with Weaver Law Firm. Exactly one year ago today I was on my way to work on a Monday of all the days when a truck pulled out in front of me while I was on my motorcycle. The amount of pain and stress I was under from the accident was hands down the most I have ever experienced in my entire life. I was initally treated at Grady Memorial Hospital and was in ICU for over a week. Once I finally got back home and was able to walk around on my own, I knew that picking out a lawyer was going to be one of the biggest decisions I'd ever make. At that time I did NOT have insurance and my bills were well into the 6 figure range. The surgery alone on my arm cost $145K and my bill after leaving the hospital was well over a few hundred thousand! And that's not even including other treatments I had from Grady or other hospitals and other medical providers and physical therapists. So, I made several phone calls and emails to many attorneys in the state of Georgia. After a couple of days of researching, I was extremely fortunate enough to come across Weaver Law firm. I called Mr. Mike personally but at first, he did not answer. He called me back later in the day and told me that he was sorry he missed my call and that he was on the golf course. When I heard that I immediately felt a connection, not only because I too enjoy the game of golf, but because he did not beat around the bush and make up some excuse as to why he was not able at that moment. He has been nothing but honest and straightforward with me from the start. From day 1 of talking to Mr. Mike he told me how things typically play out and what I should expect. Everything he told me is pretty much how everything played out. Looking back on our conversations it seems like he has a time machine because he is always a few steps ahead, not just one step ahead. But given his education and years upon years of experience and timeless hours spent in law, I realized that he is just good at his job. Plain and simple. With my treatment and recovery going on throughout my case, I ran into several issues, big and small. Every bump in the road I came across, Mr. Mike was able to give me reassurance, guidance, and help me get through it. For example, I had a pretty big case and a lot of stuff going on at the time and so did they, but I got a speeding ticket on move-in day back in August on my way back down to college about 2 months after I was able to walk around on my own. I asked Mr. Mike if he could help me with it even though we had bigger fish to fry at the time, and he was able to get it reduced tremendously and the fine I got was little to nothing. It was a small gesture but things like that can sometimes mean the most. I did not get any points off my driving record and was able to redirect my focus back on recovery and school. There was also a time when I was completely out of funds and needed help getting my head above water on my credit card bills and Weaver Law Firm was able to immediately set me up with a cash advance company to get me the funds I needed at that time. These are just a few examples of the bumps in the road I faced throughout my case, but the point is, Mr. Mike and the rest of Weaver Law Firm were there when I needed them and they came through when it mattered most. To put in the spotlight, Michelle Mobley, Mr. Mike's office manager and senior paralegal has been nothing but the best. Just about every single email, phone call, or text has been with Miss Michelle regarding my case, and every single time she treats me and talks to me with the utmost respect and kindness.As for the man himself, Mr. Mike has been more than the best lawyer Iv'e ever had, I also consider him to be a mentor and role model. If it weren't for him I don't think that I'd be anywhere close to the position I'm in today both mentally, physically, and financially. If you're like me, and in the position I was a year ago, quit looking for attorneys because Weaver Law Firm is all you need and then some!
