Read MoreRecently we needed a legal help for my nephew - due to a misunderstanding, in my opinion, but nonetheless... I feel fortunate that my husband chose to call Wallin & Klarich. At first, we didn't know how to go about choosing an attorney, or a law firm. One law firm we contacted said the earliest we can talk to an attorney is the following day in late afternoon. Another law firm told us we must come into the office, and when we did, asked what we do for a living and where we live and such, without a clear-cut answer regarding the case at hand.
Wallin & Klarich, on the other hand, was professional, efficient and straightforward. First the receptionist answered and got our basic info. And then a legal aid attorney talked to us and got more specific info regarding the case. And we were told an attorney would call us back. Within an hour or so, Mr. John Lin called us back. (He was on his way to the court.) He verified some info, and then gave us an overview of the case, his opinion and explained how the end goal would be to get the charges not filed and the record sealed. So, we decided to go with Wallin & Klarich. Later, our case was assigned to Mr. Sol Levy. Mr. Sol Levy was professional, personable, he worked well with our young nephew, helped him focus on school, and successfully got them to not file the charges. I feel fortunate that we were able to go with the law firm Wallin & Klarich, and that Mr. Sol Levy was my nephew's attorney.
