Searching for representation is a crap shoot. I’m scrolling, and Mr. Peña’s site stood out from all the others. I was finding that many other firms had sites that were…corporate, pushy. If that makes sense. Victor’s site on the other hand was efficient without being in your face. Kind of like the difference between a fast food chain and the small bistro down the street. Victor is definitely bistro worthy!
I never waited more than a few minutes for a return phone call. We discussed my situation, and he was off to the races. He was able to get an increase in my settlement offer (SCORE!) and I was comfortable accepting the settlement with Victor as my council. Now that we had won that battle I had another legal issue that I was struggling with.
I explained the situation, and he asked me a question that I hadn’t considered before. With this new outlook, I was able to straighten things out with this other lawyer who was handling a different legal case for me. Game changer! This issue was holding things up, and Victor saw an illogical aspect that I needed to address. What would have taken MONTHS took a ten minute phone call.
Although this other case was not what he signed up for, he gladly took the time to listen and offer his opinion. He’s very easy to talk to, very personable and honest, and you and your case are important to him. I was surprised how fast everything progressed.
