When everyone else had voicemails, Colin was at work pretty early during the day. From very first call, till the final moment when he took care to dismiss my case - Colin was super nice, very cool, crisp & thoroughly professional. For every singe step in the process, he promptly sends acknowledgement mails & keeps us updated with everything that is happening with the case. I don't want to speed again.
