Read MoreShe was recently representing a good friend of mine. I just don't appreciate the lack of communication from her or this firm. I'm not saying she doesn't know her job, but I just don't think it should take almost a year and my friend has to constantly call or leave a message and she doesn't let her clients know in advance when she needs to take personal time off or if she won't be available. She was made aware of my friend's schedule, yeah she didn't follow through with phone calls that was supposed to be made. I just don't find it to be professional whatsoever!
