I THOUGHT MY SON'S LIFE WAS OVER..until we spoke with Charles.
One day, my son made a horrible decision to do something he would regret for years to come. Luckily, no one was physically hurt, but the crime was committed and now we were scrambling.
I prayed for a solution, which led me to do a Google search and Charles' Yelp! page was the first one to pop up. We called, left a message, and within minutes he called us back. He spoke with me and with my son, and not once did he come across as judgemental. He simply asked the right questions, provided information, and in a way only he can do, actually made us feel better after that initial conversation was over.
Fast forward. My son was facing up to 17 years. End result? A total of 40 days in county.
The reason for this review is two-fold:
1. I know there will be someone who does the same Google/Yelp search and I know Charles' information will be made available. If you choose to work with this man, it will be one of the best decisions you will have ever made for yourself and for your loved ones.
2. For those individuals who wrote negative reviews and described Charles as "condescending," a "con artist," and as a "creep?" it's difficult to understand what must have happened other than Charles told you the truth and sometimes, the truth is not what people in desperate situations want to hear. However, when you are faced with a serious legal situation, so serious that you contact Charles, then you need to hear the truth. Sometimes its tough love. We saw it with his interactions with our son. Tough love. Not condescending, not misleading, but tough love. But to be very clear, Charles was always on our side and he did everything he could to ensure the best outcome.
We will be eternally grateful not only for his guidance and hard work, but for his integrity and his friendship.
If you are reading this, I know you must feel like life is over. It's not. Just call Charles.
